Let us know of any changes in your medical conditions since your last visit, including pregnancy, injuries, or recent change in health or medications because we want you to obtain the best possible results, please inform us during your treatment if you have special needs.

Confidentiality
We are committed to your confidentiality as well as your comfort. We will keep all of your personal information private and your medical information securely protected.

Jewelry
Jewelry should not be worn during most treatments. BODi Louisville cannot be responsible for lost or stolen belongings.

Late arrival or cancellation
Arriving late for certain medical treatments may leave no alternative except rescheduling the treatment.
